Wireless charging, limited by current technology, is generally slower than wired due to lower electrical conversion efficiency. Wireless chargers may warm up as some energy converts to heat.

Use a 5V/2A minimum output charger. For 7.5W iPhone charging or 10W Samsung Qi-phone charging, a 9V/2A Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 adapter is needed. Pixel phones can only receive standard 5W charging. Avoid iPhone 5V/1A chargers and computer USB ports.

PowerWave can charge through cases up to 5 mm thick. However, magnetic/metal attachments and items like keys or cards can disrupt charging. Cases might slow down charging speeds.

The charger is compatible with Qi-enabled phones and earbuds cases only. Check your device's specs or search online to confirm if it supports Qi wireless charging. If your device is not Qi-enabled, the indicator on the charger will flash.
